So, I'm sure some of you are wondering what all this kick-boxing stuff is all about. Well, several months ago a friend introduced me to cardio kick-boxing and I've been hooked ever since. It is one of the best total body workouts you'll ever find! And, as an added bonus you learn some wonderful self defense moves. We've gotten us up a small group at church and are going to have our own little class. I've ordered us some equipment and I'll be instructing the class. I'm very pumped about it!!
